Hair Cut and Other Pleasant Experiences

I got my hair cut, finally! It now hangs to right above my shoulder, and feels wonderful. I've wanted to cut it for awhile. One walking buddy got her hair cut, which prompted me and my other walking buddy to follow suit. Here's a pic of us all:


This picture was taken at our Relief Society birthday celebration. I sang in a sextet. It was different. I normally don't sing, unless it's in choir, and I had to sing first soprano, quite a feat when I prefer second alto. Believe it or not, it worked fairly well, and it felt good to exercise one of my less-used talents.

Sweets has been trying to walk a lot more now. She mostly tries walking first before crawling now. Before you know it, she'll be running everywhere. I'm excited! She also insists on feeding herself anytime I try to use a spoon. Here was our recent foray into applesauce:




As you can tell, or not, she got it all over herself. She had a great bath later too.
