The Passage of Time

So I said in my last post, I think, that I would blog more. Well, apparently I lied. Living in Utah in my parents' basement has given me so many opportunities to not blog. Living in Utah has also been hard, but there are so many silver linings:

Sweets and Bumpkin love their grandparents! And Grandma and Grandpa love them, naturally, but they love holding them and playing with them.

Cousins are the best thing ever. They make some of the best friends.

Hiking and the mountains.
Dog Lake
Foothills of SLC

Preparing for the future.

Bumpkin is standing alone and getting closer and closer to walking. (She took two steps today!)

And picking up a new hobby. (I decorated the following. Yes, it's all frosting and yes, I did it all myself.)

It's been good to be here for my parents. My brother who is home got sick about a month ago. It's been good to be here and provide a helping hand. No job yet, but we feel sure the Lord is in control and something will pop. Hopefully, I'll get better with blogging. Please don't give up on me!

Those pictures made me realize how badly I need to get out into the Appalachians. And I'm so glad you're doing well.
