We had our first big snowfall of Winter Sunday night. We got about 4 inches. Sweets doesn't remember snow, so it was fun to go out with some friends yesterday to play in it. Our friends grabbed some make-shift sleds (tops to plastic toy storage bins), and we sledded down a little hill in our play area. Sweets had fun, although I'm not sure what she made of it all. Bumpkin didn't like the wind. We had a great time though. It felt good to get outside even though it was cold. And it reminded me of winters growing up in Colorado and going sledding with my siblings. It sometimes doesn't feel like winter without snow, so it was nice to finally have winter...in March.
I'd like to post video of said sledding activities, but have no skills. How can I do this? Any ideas?
